The children were delighted to watch a mini St Patricks Day parade with our school horse Paddy, and his friend Ben, to help celebrate this momentous day.
Paddy and Ben, who are both Irish horses, paraded around the paddock showing off their shamrocks and green attire.
We are very lucky to have Paddy the horse, as our school pet. We officially adopted him on 17th December 2020. Paddy lives across the road from our school, and became a great friend to our staff and children during lockdown. He visits our playground on many occasions and loves it when the children brush his hair and feed him carrots.
