So far this year the LIFE Ambassadors at Roxwell have raised lots of money for charity by hosting a socially distanced Macmillan coffee afternoon, a “what makes you happy” day and a marathon!
They have also started a single use plastics campaign and are encouraging everyone to use a reusable water bottle. As part of their LIFE Ambassador project for this year, they have continued to collect items for their local Trussell Trust foodbank and are planning more fundraising events.
Mrs O’Regan has helped the Ambassadors make links with an organic vegetable company in the village who they look forward to working with, and they have started working closely with the Ambassadors from Margaretting CofE Primary School to plan and arrange sporting events across the two schools.
